Chef R’s BBQ Rub

Chef R’s BBQ rub is an excellent flavor addition to any meat headed for the pit. Use it on pork chicken, or beef. We recommend applying the rub liberally, cover and allow it to rest while preparing the pit.

Ingredients: Salt, granulated garlic, granulated honey, tomato powder, granulated onion, black pepper, smoked paprika, dehydrated celery seed, jalapeno powder, ground mustard, white pepper, tri-calcium phosphate (to prevent caking)
