Chef R’s Steak Seasoning

Chef R’s steak seasoning is excellent on your favorite steaks. Add as much of the seasoning as your taste dictates. Oil a heavy bottom or cast-iron skillet and heat until the oil is shimmering. Place the steaks in the hot oil and do not move until they are seared. Gently turn the steak and allow the other side to sear. Cook to your level of doneness.
