Chef R’s Dirty Gert Seasoning

Chef R’s own Cajun season-all seasoning blend. This Cajun Seasoning blend adds a pleasant flavor surprise to any dish. Use it in Sticky Chicken, Shrimp or Crawfish Etoufee, Fish Court Bouillon, Alligator Sauce Piquante, Gumbo, any pork or beef dish and It lends itself well to boudin or sausage. Note: This seasoning blend was created and named after a dear friend of Chef R, Gertrude Thibodeaux. Everyone called her Dirty Gert. She had an immense love of life and loved to cook and dance.

Ingredients: Salt, granulated garlic, granulated onion, black pepper, red pepper.
